Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:
Assist with overseeing Housekeeping operations.
Operate housekeeping department within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules.
Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Housekeeping Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
Ensure housekeeping associates are knowledgeable of all room categories and amenities and adhere to brand standards of cleanliness.
Ensure staffing levels cover business demands.
Requirements:
A minimum of one-year supervisory experience is preferred.
This position will require you to be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
