The Nurse Director of Surgery will play an integral role in the continued success of this well-respected critical access hospital. The Clinical Director working in Perioperative Services will work collaboratively with the hospital CNO and CEO and Chief Financial Officer to ensure a patient-centric view on all patient-care and nursing related matters. Moreover, the Operating Room Director will support this hospital’s goal of supporting their clinical nursing staff with continued careers growth, professional development and a world-class work environment.

This 25-bed non-profit hospital was recognized as a top performer in multiple patient care areas.  In addition, the Periop Nurse Director will be proud to work at a hospital with one of the most advanced care teams in the area that is a designated Level IV Trauma Hospital. The clinical teams provide an Emergency Services Department, a Family Birthing Center; Physical, Occupational and Speech Rehabilitation Therapy Services, and Home Care Services providing both home health and hospice care needs. The critical access hospital will be part of a leadership team that also provides care in a larger community hospital to ensure patients have all services at their disposal.

The nursing staff provides comprehensive patient care with a complete suite of inpatient services at their disposal. The surgical services team works through technologically advanced operating rooms, the emergency department has updated patient bays and the adult psychiatric program is highly regarded in the community.
