Job Description:

Fairfield by Marriott Lewisburg is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our outstanding team!

Ass isting the Executive Housekeeper in the successful operation and management of the Housekeeping Department. The ideal candidate will be well-organized with strong communication skills and the ability to promote team work. Responsibilities will consist of supervising, training, inspecting and scheduling work assignments and the daily monitoring of tasks. The housekeeping supervisor will assist with cleaning to achieve optimum service to guests, as well as inspect rooms for compliance with established cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort as per Marriott and Shaner standards.

The Supervisor will also ensure all safety, security and hotel policies/procedures are observed and that areas of responsibilities (keys, linen, supply closets and storeroom) are well-maintained.

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience; Marriott & supervisory experience a plus!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Detail Oriented
• Highly Motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
