Major Responsibilities:

• Identify process improvement opportunities


• Leads research projects and make recommendations for next steps


• Act as Subject Matter Expert on questions or concerns from Care/Sales/Customers on systems and processes


• Recommend and document business requirements


• Serve as a testing resource for projects as requested


• Analyze customer NPS feedback to identify opportunities for training, education, root cause analysis, and to resolve repetitive issues.


• Facilitate Empower Central Training sessions


• Maintain Empower prioritization list


• Support SOX as requested


• Facilitate customer acquisition projects


• Work with other functional teams; Transportation, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing,


• Execute distribution of Sales Communications


• Work with customers as needed


• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred


• 2 years’ experience in similar role


• BA certification a plus


• Knowledge of MS Office

Other:

• Some travel required
