Arthrex Manufacturing is actively seeking Machine Operators II for the CNC Swiss Department. It is a 2nd-shift position (3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.) on a 10 hour/day, 4 day/week rotating crew schedule at our manufacturing site in Ave Maria, FL. Ideal candidates will have three years' experience setting up and operating Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Tornos or other CNC Swiss machines.
Arthrex has increased our wages to be more competitive in the market. Evaluation of skills will be completed during the interview process. Also, second shift employees will have a shift differential of $1.50 per hour. If hired, you will be eligible for a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings). You will be paid the first $750.00 after completing your first 90 days and the second $750.00 after completing your first 180 days, if you are an employee in good standing. To produce superior products following Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. machining processes and procedures. Responsible for set up and running machines.

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
Physical Demands:
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
