Arthrex is actively seeking a SAP APO Senior Application Analyst who will work directly with the Manufacturing Engineering departments within Arthrex on Business application configuration and support in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills and a Bachelors' degree will be essential for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Knowledge expert in ERP systems
• Expertise in application configuration
• Participates in gathering user/customer requirements
• Ability to train users on ERP, SCM, BI and related systems
• Maintain documentation and change control
• Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies
• Participate in writing specifications for development/implementation projects
• Project Management

Education and Experience:
• SAP APO (Advanced Planner Optimizer)), at least five years of experience required .
• Full cycle implementations / deployments in SAP APO; DP (Demand Planning), SAP SNP (Supply Network Planning) and SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detail Scheduling) is required .

• Experienced in CIF, Heuristics and Optimizer is required.

• Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (Medical Device manufacturing experience a plus) .

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• SAP Planning, ECC, PP - certifications preferred
• APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP certification are a plus
• Programming knowledge in any of the following are a plus: SQL, ABAP, JAVA

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
• PC servers, workstations and laptops. Microsoft environment.
• Work with standard current computer applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
• Work with ERP, DM, BI and CRM applications
