YOUR ROLE


  • Able to work independently on a defined project and able to multi-task multiple ADP project activities.

  • Plans daily and weekly activities related to assigned projects to meet deadlines.

  • Able to set up simple experiments and perform standard characterization testing on formulations..

  • Able to collect, interpret and understand chemical, physical and mechanical data. Also able to make conclusions and make recommendations.

  • Responsible, for communicating the results of his/her work clearly and accurately using various means - written, oral or electronic - within and outside the R&D group. This person will prepare reports, graphics and other documentation as needed..

  • Work under functional or supervision of Senior R&D staff - actively contributing to and participating in projects managed by senior staff.

  • This person will also be required to make presentations to cross functional team members on project status..

  • Able to verbally communicate one-on-one in front of a group.

  • Actively involved with formulation and lab-scale versions of concept products..

  • Demonstrate ability to partner with other team members in ADP projects.

  • Transfer of formulation from lab to plant PE during scale-up.

  • Perform job function is a safe and professional manner.

  • Maintains accurate and detailed records of data and proc.

  • Interfaces with various personnel primarily within & outside the group.

  • Participates in the Company Continuous Improvement Plan in the interest of self-improvement.

  • Other duties may be assigned.
