Job Description:

Responsible for initiating and executing innovative marketing programs to drive awareness, create demand and foster customer retention for our market-leading Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Payments solutions in the U.S. and Canada.


The successful candidate will support the strategy development, planning, implementation, and execution of marketing activities including but not limited to lead generation (digital advertising, search, email), content development and promotion (blog, social, email, ebook, infographic, etc.). This role will navigate a matrixed environment while collaborating closely with stakeholders across functional areas to achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned solutions.


The position reports to the Manager for the Business Services FCC and Payments division.



Accountabilities



  • Contribute to the marketing plan development across all FCC and Payments solutions by proposing integrated campaigns including social media, paid search, SEO, online ads, webinars and email. Provide input based on best practices, marketing guidelines and OKRs.

  • Develop and implement the integrated marketing campaigns by creating and presenting a creative brief, giving direction to internal and external agencies/contractors, and project managing from beginning to end including results analysis.

  • Develop the messaging for marketing campaign assets including email, brochures, infographics and research studies by working with internal and external writers and designers, stakeholders including market planning, and legal. Provide edits and direction based on the creative brief, best practices and marketing guidelines.

  • Develop internal communication such as newsletter articles, email alerts and presentations to stakeholders including market planning and sales.

  • Develop project plans for marketing programs, manage and track campaign deliverables, and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. Manage several programs simultaneously.

  • Manage the webinar planning, development and execution by obtaining the speaker and webinar description, the host platform with an approved SOW and the speaker's presentation. Manage the design enhancement of the presentation and the external promotion of the webinar via email, social, etc. Upload the leads. Internally manage cross-functionally with checkpoint meetings, a dry run, sales notifications and leads processing.

  • Perform ongoing audit of marketing materials, including web content and sales tools such as Highspot. Coordinate updates to materials as needed.

  • Measure, interpret and report campaign performance results and provide ongoing recommendations for metrics improvements.

  • Demonstrate an understanding and strength of knowledge of best practices of the different disciplines within marketing.

  • Provide ongoing recommendations for optimization of current social media campaigns.

  • Understand the business supported and make tactical and operational recommendations and decisions.

  • Align expenses according to monthly forecast.

  • All other duties as assigned.




Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 8+ years of proven experience and demonstrated success in creating and managing integrated lead generation campaigns using email, social, website, webinar and paid search marketing.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management acumen. Comfortable documenting and creating new processes.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.

  • A take-charge, self-motivated person capable of leading initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven understanding of and experienced in marketing campaign execution.

  • Proven understanding of and experienced in lead generation programs including use of marketing automation tools.

  • Proven understanding of and experienced in managing webinars.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with content development and management.

  • Experience with agency management and creative oversight.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Eloqua, Basecamp, Clarizen, Smartsheet, Highspot, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet savvy.
