YOUR ROLE


  • Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Activation programs, including media, social, consumer promotions, PR initiatives, and interactive programs
  • Lead business analysis to measure business performance and uncovering business driving insights to inform monthly forecasting and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Strategy and Field Sales personnel to build support plans, learn about changing market conditions and modify programs to support market changes
  • Help develop yearly business plans that identify key business opportunities and future growth plans
  • Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)
  • Lead small, medium, and large-scale projects, artwork re-designs, and line extension innovations

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors' Degree in related field, MBA preferred
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in consumer products marketing and/or sales. Prior experience with managing a product launch/project management highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal Communication skills; strong analytical skills & financial orientation. Knowledge of syndicated data sources preferred (IRI, Nielsen, InfoScout)
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills; especially the ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver project objectives
The salary for this role is $75,000 - $143,000, this is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
