We are currently looking for a Cell Team Lead for our Tempe, Arizona location. Working in a clean room environment, the Production Lead assures the smooth and stable operation of the Wafer Fab workflow and contributes to improvements in standards of quality, cost, and service within Wafer Operations.
This position will be working the B shift which is every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 5:30am-5:42pm.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will support continuous improvement activities within the defined processes through observations, interactions, and basic problem-solving activities with employees in the Gemba. Together, with your team members, you will ensure the quality of all products produced and ensure they meet defined quality standards.
