Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst maintains HR-related systems, working closely with IT on issues and projects related to the development and use of the Company's HRIS applications. Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of HRIS such as reporting and data analytics, configuration and testing of HR systems, and process improvement plans.
Responsibilities
Works with HR team members to identify appropriate processes and workflow in HRIS. Responsible for training HR staff and ensuring processes align with current and future workforce needs.
Uses an understanding of system set-up, interdependencies, and data flows to track data, system, and interface issues; coordinate issue resolution with the software vendor or internal team members in a timely manner; test and implement resolutions.
Facilitate training for departments and subsidiaries on aspects of HRIS product. Create training resources to enable consistent and effective adoption of the system capabilities
Maintain data between HRIS, SuccessFactors, Data Warehouse, Tableau, and other data systems. Audit data and coordinate transfers with IT and the third-party vendors.
Maintain and update systems security access for end-users in HRIS software. Maintain access to document viewing through secure document maintenance. Maintain and update HRIS homepage, company policies, as well as other end-user pages such as benefits documents, HR-specific sites, Health & Safety pages, etc.
Responsible for Affirmative Action Plan reports and data tracking. Assist in the development of training to educate HR staff and hiring managers on affirmative action compliance. Keeps current on diversity programs and developments by maintaining contact with others in the field through membership in professional associations and educational groups.
File EEO-1 report annually, file Vets 4212 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Ensure data integrity in the HRIS as well as other integrated systems. Lead periodic and ad-hoc audits of data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements to the data structure and tracking systems
Manage HR reporting and analytics using business intelligence tools, ensuring raw data is translated into meaningful dashboards, metrics, and reports that assist in supporting HR programs and business decisions. Build and maintain standard reports, management reports and alter query variables to generate more complex or ad-hoc reports.
Monitor trends in the system issues and requests, recommending and implementing improvements to the user experience, functionality, configuration or integrating with other tools
Provide HR & Business leaders with insightful data to make informed business decisions
Required Skills & Abilities
Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience required
Power BI experience is strongly desired
Ultipro, SAP SuccessFactors & Kronos experience is strongly desired
System implementation and clean-up experience
Project management experience
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
Experience
4 or more years of experience in HR Technology or related field
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems/Technology, Human Resource, Statistics or Data Analytics.
