The opportunity
Innovation Refunds is looking for a skilled IT Administrator in our Des Moines office location. As the first hire in the IT team, the candidate must be willing to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Partnering with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the individual will support technical operations, security, and data administration.

What youll do
Provide day-to-day IT support for our all employees, whether in-person or remotelyAnswer general inquiries that includes technical hardware and software issuesAssist with lifecycle management of employee and tracking office equipment (including procurement, repair, and disposal)Responsible for new hire onboarding, preparing all hardware and software setupBe responsible for activities related to system administration such as user management, audit and report generation, desktop support and maintenanceManages end user accounts, permissions, and access rightsMaintains documentation for applications, processes, and proceduresOther duties assigned

What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems3-5 years of experience in similar roleStrong knowledge of desktop hardware and software for both Windows and MacOS platformsStrong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize multiple requests effectively.Must have knowledge of Google Suite or other SaaS cloud platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable taking the initiative and working independently
