Innovation Refunds is looking for The Engineering department is looking for a talented Full stack Developer to join our DevOps team. This position will own and promote the QA Automation standards and practices across the Engineering department. If you love solving our customers hardest problems and coordinating across the organization to make it happen, this role is for you.

What youll do
Innovation refunds is looking for a Tech Lead for 6-8 person team, working with the team in an agile environment to review, refine, and plan feature development, refining stories, breaking down work into tasks, completing story-based development work, and providing technical guidance to the team. Work includes architecture consultation, design, development, testing, test automation, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
Architect, design, code, unit test, fully implement and deliver application features with highest quality and security to prevent unauthorized access / useCreate modular, scalable, testable, tested, performant sub systems which interface via well-defined end points using software engineering best practices such as unit testing, TDD, design patternsImplement, test, maintain and support software, based on technical design specificationsPrepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documentsReview functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedbackAssist with triage and resolution of issues from customers and internal usersWork independently to plan, prioritize, and complete high complex critical priority work assignments, as a member of a project teamParticipate in and/or lead architecture and code reviewsPromote Continuous Improvement by identifying process in efficiencies and quality improvementsLead or participate in other projects or duties as assignedProvide guidance to and mentor more junior team membersWill work under minimal supervision
What we're looking for
Degree in computer science.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Java, PHP, and .Net.Excellent verbal communication skills.Good problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.
