A busy southern California hospital is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead this 160 bed facility. The Chief Financial Officer will work with an experienced CEO and work at this non-profit hospital that provides comprehensive care to much of this desert region.

This acute care facility has been providing services for nearly 100 years. For the last three years, this hospital has been ranked in the top 5% nationally for patient safety excellence and offers comprehensive services including: acute rehab, behavioral health, weight-loss surgery, ENT, a heart institute, on-site imaging in radiology, advanced orthopedic and spine programs, pulmonary services and vascular services. An on-site 20 bed emergency department is busy and sees a good number of patients at this Level IV ED department.

The hospital Chief Financial Officer will report to the Hospital CEO that oversees the entire hospital. An accomplished CPA or MBA professional will find a smooth transition into this company that supports their employees with comprehensive benefits sign-on and relocation incentives.

The CFO will work with an experienced CEO, CNO, and COO and be the financial strategist for long-term and short-term goals. Experienced controller, accountants, nurse directors, allied health professionals, and operation staff will help support and be involved in important decisions as they move this hospital forward.
