In this brand-new Communications and Content opportunity, you will be responsible for bringing the voice of Best Buy Ads to life. With a strong background in building and executing content plans, public relations, executive communications, copywriting, and proofing—you will build Best Buy Ads’ industry profile and bring client-obsession into all client touchpoints. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, proactively identifies and addresses opportunities, can work with autonomy, but also knows when to engage stakeholders and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Write and edit external communications, including scripts and talking points for senior leaders, social media content, web content, articles and white papers, and client communications

  • Advocate for the voice of the Best Buy Ads brand and for client-obsession with teams across Best Buy Ads and the enterprise

  • Manage media relationships as part of Best Buy Ads co-created/sponsored content strategy and execution

  • Own the Best Buy Ads content calendar and strategy in partnership with our B2B agency

  • Build trust with and become a communications advisor to senior leaders in Best Buy Ads

  • Advise on bringing the Best Buy Ads brand voice to life at events and experiential activations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, English or related equivalent degree or work experience

  • 4+ years of progressive communications, marketing, public relations, or brand experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient proofreader

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and partners

  • Experience managing external relationships
