Job Description:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, technical drawings, industry standards, policies, operating procedures, work instructions, and maintenance manuals

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform First Article and Receiving Inspections, Internal Audits

  • Perform internal quality system, process, and product audits

  • Participate in cross-functional team supporting manufacturing operations in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Organize and track samples by physically storing completed tests and logging the data into the computer

  • Maintain a neat and hazard free work area
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training is required

  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing

  • Ability to perform basic mathematics, compute rate, ratios, and percent

  • Ability to implement, read, and interpret measuring devices (such as tape measure, caliper and micrometer, pin gages, thread gages, etc.)

  • This position is subject to medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
