Job Description:

• Experience with ITSM tool preferably ServiceNow, managing CMDB and related ITSM Practices (Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management).


• Ability to organize data using the CSDM model for CMDB maturity.


• Ability to manage project tasks related to importing and discovering data for CMDB.


• This candidate will have skills to run reports, dashboards and provide health scorecards for the CMDB.


• This role will provide support for other related ITSM team members as needed for CMDB and ITSM related management.


• Communication is critical to interpret requirements and present to several audiences from IT, Business and Leadership teams. ITIL certifications are preferred, ServiceNow Experience preferred.

This position develops guidelines for specific areas within Production Operations and drives the automation of these functions through the use of appropriate tools and improve the overall productivity and performance across multiple Service Areas within a business unit (MHC, MRx or Shared Services). Act as subject matter experts in Magellan's infrastructure and ExO tool sets.

• Collaborate across technical areas to develop seamless and consistent processes.


• Build-Measure-Learn and improve Service Levels for the business unit they support through the use of proven ITIL Service Delivery and ITIL Service Management processes.


• Guide the team to learning and using Magellan ExO technologies and processes.

Other Job Requirements

10+ years of related experience including experience working with Agile Methods and modern technology environments.
Experience in health care, insurance or related field.
