Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Payroll Systems Analyst (Austin, TX or REMOTE).

Reporting to the Senior Shared Services Payroll Manager, the Payroll Systems Analyst role will be responsible for managing payroll  systems with automated, customized, developed and standardized systems implementations and solutions. The Payroll Systems Analyst will be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient along with designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.  If you’re a creative problem solver with technical expertise and have a background in Payroll – this is a great opportunity with long-term growth potential!

What a typical day looks like:

• Research and propose automated solutions to improve overall operations for all payroll functions and process efficiencies


• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective


• Consult with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, improvements, and implementations to meet site business requirements


• Execute UKG & Workday IT projects

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Payroll system administration experience


• In-depth knowledge of Kronos, UKG and Workday


• Ability to interpret interface files and the logic behind API’s


• Experience in a global, corporate, payroll function preferred
