Your Key Responsibilities

• Sets and ensures achievement of commercial and P&L objectives for an assigned market segment (territory, sector, product).
• Implements sales strategy, sets objectives and directs budget planning and consolidation.
• Manages and monitors the sales process of business acquisition, customer inquiry processing, negotiations of terms & conditions, contract closing for delivery and general contracts, and order processing.
• Acts as owner of quotation process and ensures quotation preparation including both technical and commercial aspects.
• Negotiates and approves framework contracts, decides pricing and rebate matters within given authorization limits.
• Ensures availability and utilization of sales-related infrastructure (tools, systems, processes, services, partnerships etc.).
• Handle unassigned MRO accounts (refurbishment/repair station)
• Responsible for day to day operations of repair station activities
• Maintain document structure that supports regulatory requirements for a repair station
• Licensed by regulatory authority under 14 CFR 65 as a repairman for local repair station activities
• Mentor and develop local repair station work force
• Identify MRO (repair station) customers for development
• Identify projects to support growth of MRO business

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering


• 10 to 15 years
