SUMMARY:
The Shop/Lab Tech will work within the Analytical Lab department in various laboratory tasks and shop duties. This position will assist lab personnel with failure cleaning, cutting, and sandblasting small pipe, sample entry, analysis preparation, cleaning, and any other assigned tasks.

JOB DUTIES:
Cutting and sandblasting small pipe in a shop environmentEnter sample data into lab portalInteract in a positive manner with management, leaders, and coworkers.Work independently and as part of a teamEffectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Participates in laboratory and plant safety programs, following company policies regarding safety and environmental issuesOther duties as may be assigned
