Job Description:

The role of the Marketing Content Manager is to create compelling, holistic stories and narratives through digital and printed means while leveraging marketing messages across multiple platforms -- including social media, email, video, brochures and more. In addition to developing, writing, and editing content, the Content Manager collaborates with peers on the development and distribution of marketing multimedia, working cross-functionally to execute relevant strategies and content across a multitude of customer touchpoints.
The Content Manager will also manage, develop, and lead a team of copywriters and quality assurance associates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Plans, curates, and executes content strategy for blog, print publications, and other channels to drive traffic, build brand awareness, and amplify key marketing messages that bolster customer relationships
Facilitates entire content creation process -- from managing content calendars, installing deadlines, and coordinating assets between merchants, copywriters, and other relevant teams
Proactively researches and interviews customers to gain industry knowledge and insight
Optimizes content to span multiple platforms, maximizing resourcefulness of content creation and creating consistent, omni-channel storytelling
Oversees proofreading procedures, edits copy when necessary, and evaluates finalized copy for compliance with policies, style and tone
Supports business goals and ROI by creating content-driven Stuller marketing materials that illustrate insights application and generate value for customers
Works cross-functionally with multiple departments in the company to accomplish common goals
Keeps abreast of industry trends and regularly presents fresh, proactive ideas

Skills:

Exceptional ability in copywriting and editing
In-depth knowledge of WordPress and SEO concepts
Hands-on experience and deep understanding of content marketing across multiple channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), email, and digital marketing
Experience in market research
Knowledge of the creative process and conceptual thinking
Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Usage of AP style of writing
Knowledge of Business to Business (B2B) marketing

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or Communications
3-5 years of experience in content development
Previous experience with leading a team of people
