Lead strategies for feature development designed to maximize profitable growth and membership targets. Strategies include market and segment analysis, Minimum Viable Product definition, and competitive assessment. Support market-driven feature roadmap.

The candidate for this Product Management Advisor position will be responsible for ensuring that features and user stories are clear, concise, measurable, and marketable in support of cloud based applications. Success will be achieved through strong, proactive partnerships with areas such as Finance, Marketing, Network, Business Operations, Pharmacy, Segment/Sales Leaders, CTS, Compliance and vendor partners.

Responsibilities


  • Supports creation and communication of product vision and product development strategies for the Agile Release Train.


  • Fully understands customer needs (proposes, influences and shapes market research, can turn customer insights into action), external environmental influences, and competitive offerings and provides key input to the feature roadmap.


  • Develops minimally-marketable features to obtain commitment during PI Planning.


  • Defines clear and concise acceptance criteria by leading cross-functional experts from data evaluation through to sign-off.


  • Provides input to the program backlog prioritization process to ensure features are appropriately prioritized


  • Supports System Architect in the development and prioritization of enablers, and the identification of constraints, guidelines, and non-functional requirements as they relate to owned features.


  • Manages ART intake for supported products/solutions and creates/supports the creation of estimates when needed.


  • Represents the ART to external stakeholders, teams, and suppliers.


  • Independently develops business and marketing plans for features released to market, including business readiness and implementation strategies.


  • Independently manages and influences external relationships (e.g. vendors), as required for management of owned features.


  • Ensures stakeholders are knowledgeable of new and/or changes in priorities on a timely basis and equipped to deliver value proposition and key differentiating points.


  • Supports Release Train Engineer in scope management, risk management, financial management, communication management, and PI Planning materials.


  • Supports measurement initiatives and provides input into defining minimally-viable products and incremental value opportunities as epics.


  • Supports execution of and provides key messaging into features and other market-facing materials.


  • Drives resolution of issues related to feature delivery, escalating when appropriate.


  • Provides product/marketplace direction throughout the PI.


  • Serves as point of contact for Epic Refinement Team.


  • Supports other related activities not specifically stated.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $85,400 - $142,400, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
