Position Summary:


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in company growth initiatives and is responsible for identifying, developing, qualifying, and documenting new business opportunities for ExamFX.  This will be accomplished by leveraging external data sources and the ExamFX Customer Resource Management (CRM) system. The ideal SDR is a great communicator, is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to serve customers’ needs. The SDR will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other key personnel throughout the organization to identify opportunities and develop marketing communication to our existing customer base to provide further customer value, increase brand awareness and promote revenue generating activities. 


 


Responsibilities:



  • Identify and develop relationships with new business prospects

  • Document sales activities and notes in Customer Resource Management (CRM) system

  • Manage, coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives and schedules

  • Communicate clearly and effectively on the phone in a persuasive manor

  • Qualify and distribute new sales opportunities to the sales team.


Education & Experience:



  • BA/BS is required

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales / business development experience preferred


Skills & Abilities:



  • Excellent oral and written communication and grammar skills.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

  • Resourceful thinker with the ability to identify problems and provide solutions.

  • Team player who can effectively collaborate and build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and constituents to deliver desired outcomes

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and appointments with internal and external stakeholders

  • Effectively communicate with partners and customers across all cultures

  • Attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize task.
