Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Processing of Supplier Invoices and supplier payments. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Opens mail daily.

Verify statement received in the mail from vendors.

Enters invoices into Oracle accounting system.

Copying as needed for the accounting department.

Filing as needed for the accounting department.

Matches checks to invoices after each check run.

Works on projects assigned by supervisor.

Assists others in the department when needed.

Other duties as assigned.

SAFETY:

Develop relationships with coworkers to better understand the processes and culture that affect safety. 

Influence safety by evaluating safety performance, participating in safety meetings, targeting areas needing improvement and developing initiatives to impact the areas.

Thoroughly knowledgeable of Safe Work Policy.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:

Organized, detail-oriented and accurate.

Self-motivated and multi-task oriented.

Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.

Ability to operate standard office equipment and personal computer.

Moderate Computer Skills.

Knowledge of computer software: Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
