Job Description:

100% FTE, Monday - Friday, hours and shifts vary between 7:30am-5:30pm based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at the West Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Lead to:


  • Create (and adjust as needed due to vacations or sick calls) the clinical team schedule

  • Support the nursing team while completing daily patient care tasks

  • Lead our nursing team in designing and implementing improvements to work flows

  • Work collaboratively with our other Allergy Clinic RN-Ambulatory Leads

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred –

Work Experience:

Minimum – Two (2) years of RN experience

Preferred – Three (3) years of RN experience

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum –  Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification
