Who You Are...

As the Supervisor, Office Admin you would be for supervising the operational and administrative functions of the plant office, including but not limited to:  inventory control, work order processing, accounts payable, payroll, budget analysis, industrial claims monitoring, reimbursement processing and human resources administration.  This position is the liaison to the Corporate Office and surrounding local commerce agencies.


 



  1. Receives material into accounting system; enters adjustments and month end reconciliations

  2. Processes and tracks work orders; maintains invoice process by verifying and monitoring accounts

  3. Coordinates pickup and delivery of raw material and finished goods.

  4. Preforms receptionist duties including managing the phones and being the first point of contact for all visitors.

  5. Monitors the plant budget and tracks operational results

  6. Administers payroll function at plant; calculates and processes incentives

  7. Coordinates all HR related initiatives for the plant personnel; processes new hire and benefit paperwork; maintains personnel files; oversees hiring process for hourly employees

  8. Monitors the industrial claims process

  9. Assists Plant Management with special projects as needed

  10. All other duties as assigned.


What Do You Need...



  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Accounting or related discipline; equivalent work experience considered in lieu of formal education

  • 4 years of relevant work experience

  • Ability to operate proficiently in multiple ERP systems (SAP,J.D. Edwards ,Visual, Intelex etc.)

  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectively without supervision.

  • General business skills required, i.e. basic accounting and math; computer skills

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
