To pick, pack and/or process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner. This is a cross functional role and the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for learning multiple job functions within the Distribution Center and will be assigned to work across departments or warehouses where required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Learn all pick and pack processes using RF Scanners in both case pick offline area and in the pick modules
• Learn shipping sortation and tally processes according to individual customer requirements
• Must be able to count, track, document, and maintain the integrity of all orders
• Ability to use manual equipment, ie pallet jacks
• Always maintain required productivity and accuracy standards in all functional areas
• Always follow all job specific and safety SOPs
• Communicate effectively within the organization
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Other duties as assigned across departments or warehouses

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good math aptitude
• Requires good judgment and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, ability to take direction, work independently, and be a team player
• Flexibility in working at all DC's and in different departments, when needed, to accommodate business needs
• Participation in overtime is required, whether daily or weekends

• Ability to stand and walk 100% of day
• Ability to move product by lifting, pushing, bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance occasionally, and up to 40 lbs. frequently
