Relationship Manager:

State Bank of the Lakes is looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial business banker to support our market in Kenosha County, WI.  This position supports small to mid-sized businesses with revenues up to $30 million. 

The business banker is responsible for developing new business and expands existing relationships for commercial banking customers.  This position requires exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs.  Responsible for new business development through referral sources and cold calling efforts.

What you will be doing: 

• Increase the Bank’s profitability by cultivating new commercial business relationships


• Maintain and develop existing portfolio by assessing and meeting client’s business and personal needs


• Negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products


• Maintain properly documented files and manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues and defaulted loans


• Maintains comprehensive understanding of current commercial products offered in the market and keeps informed of all relevant industry trends and practices.


•  Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting    and fee income generation.


•  Managing and growing existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have revenue up to $30 million.


•  Takes ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 


• 3+ years’ experience in Underwriting Commercial Credit Analysis   


• 5-7+ years’ experience in Commercial Banking


• Strong knowledge of the Kenosha market
