Job Description:

We provide community-oriented personal and business banking services to customers located in the greater Chicagoland area, northwest Indiana, and southern Wisconsin through more than 175 community bank locations.

Position Summary:   Monitors all aspects of Loan Operations Department   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Track daily work flow for each area of the department. - Review daily edit and maintenance reports.
Compile monthly loan reports for management and the Board.
Responsible for the accurate implementation of existing policies, procedures, governmental regulations and systems involving daily operations and member service functions.
Review reporting of HMDA and CRA.
Follow up on outstanding exception items.
Ensure excellent service is provided by loan ops staff.
Follow up and service the customers promptly and professionally.
Credit Bureau corrections.
Process charge offs, OREO and non-accrual loan postings.
Assist in identifying training needs and performing general training of loan ops staff.
Take a leadership role while completing high-level duties and assignments and providing guidance, error resolution and support to staff and customer
