Store Inventory Reps are responsible for the integrity of our inventory and each has a primary function within the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Store Transfer Rep
Process all store stock and customer pick up orders to store bi weekly.
Reassign/scrub locations for warehouse pulling group
Ensure all transfers are completed within 24 hours of store delivery using a Storis process to receive into the store.
General store support.
Check all TR locations once transfers are processed
Follow up with stores after their transfer has been delivered
Maintain emails
Salesforce specific tasks;
General RA requests
Borrow requests

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
Years of experience: Some customer service experience preferred
Valid Driver’s license preferred
Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs
Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary
Essential Functions of the Position:
Performing tasks using a computer and telephone daily
Repetitive processing steps.
Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information.
Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training
Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
