The Technical Analyst will assist with the deployment of an updated operating system on all legacy and new assets for the clients' employees. The Technical Analyst will work under the supervision of a Team Lead, allowing them team to gain hands on knowledge of best practices in the technical support industry while supporting client project release schedules.
What You'll Do!
· Collect old equipment from current employees, and follow a script to deploy a new system image on the equipment
· Ensure new equipment is up and running and users can successfully access their data
· Assist with keeping track of inventory
· Assist with upgrading hard drives and memory components
