The Marketing Specialist is responsible for facilitatingthe development, deployment, and tracking of marketing efforts with our end participant(wellness screening participant in employer-sponsoredscreening programs). Project managementduties include project tracking and status reports, providing strategicdirection to Sales and Client-facing roles to influence participation for employerclients, and communicating edits and direction. This position also mayassist with other general marketing, writing or communications projects asassigned.

This position is a hybrid. The Marketing Specialist will work fromour Lenexa, KS location 2 days per week.


•Handles project management, tracking, and reporting of participant marketingcollateral development activities
•Coordinates edits internally with Sales and Client Engagement teams andfacilitates proofing/review/client approval sign-offs
•Communicates feedback and direction to internal and external groups
•Utilizes email marketing system to send participant communications
•Pitches clients on use of participant marketing email tools and strategies
•Creates various new materials including presentations and collateral for usewith client or end participant
•Ensures marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
•Maintains project status report/attends project status meetings
•Ensures adherence to project deadlines and communicates projectstatus to Marketing Communications Director
•Acts as a direct liaison to multiple client-facing teams on individualaccounts to provide marketing support, and attends select client-facing teamsregular meetings to support any marketing needs
•Provides bi-weekly updates to leadership on client email utilization rates,send rates, scheduling/participation rates, new opportunities upcoming, PSCscheduling rates, and other metrics


•BA/BS in marketing, communications or a related field

Experience/Skill Set
•2+ years of progressively expanding roles in marketing, communications orother related business discipline; health care industry preferred
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading
•Ability to strategize communication and outreach programs for a vast set ofunique clients
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex tasks/projects under pressureand meet deadlines
•Easily works with many different personality types
•Proven client relationship management skills
•Ability to prioritize with high emphasis on detail and quality
•Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office required, knowledge of othergraphics programs and digital asset management systems a plus
•Experience working across a variety of media (print, digital, video, directmail, etc.)
