Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Payroll Specialist to perform all payroll related tasks for semi-monthly payroll processing. The individual in this role will have the ability to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and regulations.
This role is onsite in Meridian, Idaho and reports to the Payroll Supervisor. #LI-Onsite
To be considered for this opportunity, you have the following:
Experience: 2 years corporate payroll processing experience
Specific Qualifications Needed:
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level
Effective communication and people skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to works under moderate supervision
We'd also love it if you had:
Workday Payroll experience
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
Here's what your day may look like:
Process payroll in accordance with company, state, local and federal policies
Process year-end W-2's
Perform payroll account reconciliations
Respond to internal and external customers regarding payroll related matters
Assist with various audits and special projects, as requested by management
