Job Description:

Arhaus is looking to add a Manager Talent Acquisition, Product & Creative to our growing HR Department! As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this Manager of Talent Acquisition will focus on attracting top talent in support of our Merchandising, Product Development and Marketing Departments. You will be responsible for filling mid to senior level positions. In addition to developing strong relationships with hiring managers, the Manager of Talent Acquisition must be able to set and execute search strategies and facilitate and own weekly communication with business leaders, along with coach, lead and develop recruiter(s) below them. This position will be located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio with a hybrid schedule.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Lead and own the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle; including the creation of compensation and relocation packages. 

  • Run productive, insightful and inspiring weekly recruiting meetings and one-on-one discussions with direct team and business partners.

  • Create status update and search summary reports to share weekly with business leaders.

  • Proactively identify, connect with and attract high-potential passive talent within the lifestyle/retail/interior/furniture sectors and present to Hiring Managers. 

  • Utilize digital and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.  

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. 

  • Build internal and external networks in support of creating a focused talent pipeline.    

  • Maintain data for accurate reporting within our applicant tracking system.


QUALIFICATIONS: 



  • 7-10 years of Creative/Product Recruiting and Talent Acquisition experience with a track record of handling full life cycle recruiting.

  • 5+ years of experience directly partnering with all levels of Hiring Managers and managing a team below them.

  • Strong understanding of Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, E-Commerce, Trend and White Space.

  • Demonstrated success in owning senior/executive searches in the Product/Marketing/Sourcing space.  

  • Must have 3+ years of in-house corporate retail experience.
