What you will be doing:
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Support the restaurant servers to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Follow all Hotel Service Standards
Your experience and skills include:
Creative and passionate about food and customer service
Able to work in a high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
Ability to work pantry, saute, hot appetizers & grill
Proficient in sushi skills, preferred
Culinary degree encouraged, but not required
