Mosaic's Faustina Phosphate Manufacturing Facility which sits on the banks of the Mississippi river began operations in 1968. The 1800-acre facility focuses on the production of phosphate fertilizers (Finished products, include Diammonium Phosphate [DAP], Monoammonium Phosphate [MAP], MicroEssentials) and ammonia which are shipped out by a range of transportation modes (truck, rail, ship, barge) to destinations primarily in the United States.

This role will be located on site at our Faustina location and may be eligible for a 4/10 schedule with every Friday off.



This position is responsible for safe and environmentally sound day-to-day production activities to support the continuous operations of the facility.



What will you contribute?

• Manage and execute the daily operations schedule, appropriately delegate tasks to assigned team and hold accountable to achieve short-term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Communicate daily operational plan to the production supervisor, incorporating routine messages at the appropriate level.


• Manage and comply with established EHS MS programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements.


• Possess department-specific understanding of process and equipment, articulate how a process works, and be able to teach and coach assigned team.


• Oversee department's employee training program, ensuring adherence to currency requirements as identified in policies.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:

• High school diploma/GED and 5-8 years' experience; OR,


• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience.
