Job Title: Global Procurement Project Manager (Enterprise)

Reports to:  Director of Global Procurement

The Role

The Global Procurement Project Manager is a forward-thinking collaborator that enjoys making connections with multiple entities internally/externally. The Global Procurement Project Manager will support the Global Procurement Team by providing support on all RFP projects, helping with initiatives to evolve our processes, and contributing to building relationships for successful results. A strong candidate will possess a passion for a high paced global environment with a positive outlook while being motivated by achieving overall team success.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Project management support of sourcing steps and initiatives for RFP projects through proactive planning and organization.

2.  Driving purchase processes with reporting, compliance, RFP software management, and research.

3.  Optimizing contract lifecycle to support KPIs, vendor management, consolidation, and streamlining.

4.  Managing Global Travel Program with inventive strategies for the online booking tool, facilitating air/hotel/car relationships, and overall policy compliance.

1-3 years Project Management experience Experience working within a complex organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communications skills Ability to adapt to versatile situations and provide integrity and confidence Proficient in all Microsoft applications and accounting software (Oracle preferred) a plus
