Job Title: FSQR Technician
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Fort Dodge, IA - 50501

Shift Timings: First Shift is 6am - 4pm and Second shift is 8am-6pm Rotating. Will train on first shift.
Rotating Shifts: ( 4 10's )
Week ONE : Monday Tuesday Wednesday OFF and Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday ON
Week TWO : Monday Tuesday OFF Wednesday Thursday Friday ON Saturday and Sunday OFF

Job Description:
"The Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Technician position is responsible for completion of analytical testing in support of the quality management and operational teams.
Analytical testing may be performed for routine analysis of in-process and final product testing, Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) calibration development and maintenance, and support of trials and experiments.
The FSQ Technician is responsible for checking and monitoring analytical instrumentation performance.
The FSQ Technician is responsible for entering data into databases and communication of results verbally and/or in writing.
Required Experience:
1 year lab experience and High School Diploma or 2 year technical degree with lab experience.
Be able to lift 50 pounds.
