ERM is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Malvern, PA. Working closely with the Accounts Payable Vendor Lead, this position will provide functional accounting support to Project Managers and Partners in the North America Region. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor NA AP Vendor inbox


• Identify opportunities to enhance/streamline processes and systems


• Processing subcontractor invoices and other types of supplier invoices.


• Accurate data entry in a high volume environment


• Follow all accounting protocols, internal controls and expected standards


• Effectively communicating with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and other such key stakeholders


• Respond to consultant inquiries in an efficient and timely manner, via phone, email, and/or face-face communication


• Review Paid When Paid (PWP) status of invoices for payment to vendors


• Request required documentation for vendors who provide services


• Identify voucher uploads opportunities where appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Accounting from an accredited university desired.


• One year of accounts payable experience preferred.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent proficiency in English is required.


• Strong computer skills, including Excel and experience using mid- to high-level accounting software packages (such as BST, Deltek, Oracle) desired.


• Understanding of sales and use tax a plus


• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels.


• Ability to work with minimal direction in a highly collaborative manner to meet required deadlines and perform all necessary tasks.


• “Hands-on” professional with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
