Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Senior Industrial Engineer in SLC, UT area! They will be responsible for managing the industrial engineering processes for the department. The qualified candidate will provide leadership to industrial engineers and project leads across the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all techniques required to address multiple projects
Guide the work of team analysts
Develop, test, and implement process improvements within the stores
Evaluate solutions to problems and opportunities
Lead industrial engineering support for cost estimation
Lead and develop budgets
Provide guidance regarding labor standards
Provide clear expectations for the industrial engineering department
Develop scope for projects
Develop and monitor reporting systems on an ongoing basis
Present all recommendations to all management levels
Provide maintenance support of the labor standards program
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; industrial engineering major preferred
5+ years' experience leading an industrial engineering project
Strong project management skills
Ability to influence and communicate with all levels of the company
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to utilize all work tools available
Lean/Six Sigma background or Blackbelt training
Strong written and verbal communication skills
