Job Description:


This position will be focused on the construction industry with a special emphasis on exterior manufacturers and distributors in roofing, siding, windows, doors and solar. The candidate will be a self-starter and a natural leader with a proven track record and strong attention to the sales process with emphasis on prospecting and closing. We are looking for someone that has high energy, the ability to build strong personal relationships and who isn’t satisfied until they’ve not only met their goals but doubled them.


  • Year-over-year exceptional growth expectations and goal obtainment for national accounts team
  • Works directly with manufacturers and distributors to obtain, retain and increase sales
  • Spearheads and develops partnership programs, ensuring efficiency and positive relationships with business partners.
  • Commitment to daily communication and one-on-ones with direct manager for continued success
  • Review, create and think out of the box to develop business-changing strategies and program for success
  • Develop strong internal relationships within Business Development team, Sales leadership, Product and Marketing.
  • Minimum 50% travel
  • Train on new products, services, software integrations while mirroring upper management vision and message
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base in order to meet customer needs and maximize long-term sales goals
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, concepts, practices and procedures and potential impact on business
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, construction industry preferred
  • 5+ years of sales management
  • Exceptional strategic abilities for developing and delivering unique programs and incentives
  • Ability to develop, deploy and maintain enterprise programs and initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical capacity to support team’s sales efforts
  • Strategies for targeting accounts while developing a consistent plan of engagement
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships while being a customer advocate and gaining sales momentum
  • Ability to work with internal colleagues and customers in a professional team-oriented way
