You will manage Arhaus’s growing social media presence, developing our community and delivering innovative and best-in-class experiences within the social media space. Together with the Director of Social, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Arhaus’s social strategy in order to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and sales. Essential to the position is the ability to define content requirements, grow and engage new audiences, execute strategies, and analyze data to determine which initiatives work best to continue scaling, all while maintaining brand integrity and consistency. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute best-in-class social strategy and programs in alignment with cross-functional partners, with a shared goal to increase reach and engagement.
Build and implement social media strategy for Arhaus across channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok)
Own the day-to-day management of social media as a key stakeholder for social media process, including meetings and recaps
Create actionable plans to grow engagement and followers
Support marketing initiatives by developing social media plans for key moments including brand campaigns, key product launches, and collaborations
Monitor the landscape and advocate for social and digital trends internally, influencing the brand and business strategies
Manage weekly recap process tracking to growth and engagement goals, ensure that cross-functional partners have a deep understanding of performance so we iterate on creative content that works
Point of contact for reps for social platforms, own relationship and stay on top of best practices and new features
Set KPIs and provide ad-hoc, biweekly, and yearly analysis on qualitative and quantitative performance.
Partner with Social Media Specialist and internal Creative team to drive production of photo and video content for key storytelling initiatives, including strategizing, ideating, writing briefs, and overall project management.
Partner closely with paid marketing and analytics teams to drive social platform opportunities
Utilize native social analytics and third-party toolsets to educate and advise on better content development.
Lead ideation relative to social media strategies and content executions, pushing Arhaus to be a leader in the rapidly evolving social media space.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in social media strategy
Extensive knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
Culture vulture – constantly following social media trends and has a clear POV on how brands can win in those moments
Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process
Self-starter. A go-getter who can dive in, be an owner, and influence cross-functional partners
Motivated by the social media industry, interest in staying on top of platform developments and new features
