Job Description for the Wellness Nurse - LPN:

To provide adequate and sufficient services to meet the needs of the assisted living resident and to assure that preventive measures, restorative service, activities, and related support services are carried out, recorded and reviewed.

*1,000 Sign on bonus for per diem, to be paid out incrementally
