Job Description:

Position Summary:



We are seeking a qualified Sales Coordinator/Admin that will be based out of the Arkansas District Office. This position will provide administrative support for all departments within the District with a focus on support for the sales team.

Position Responsibilities:



  • First point of contact for any visitors in the office, mail/package delivery, etc.

  • Responsible for maintaining District office supplies.

  • Assist as needed in planning management meetings and customer entertainment events, including annual charity golf tournament.

  • Responsible for cash management reconciliation for multiple locations, reviewing and updating daily cash sales/deposit information.

  • Assist with updating quotes/sales orders, credits/rebills and customer account reconciliations.

  • Back-up to sales coordinator (requires customer service matters including logistics.)

  • All other duties assigned.


Position Requirements:



  • High school diploma required.

  • Two to three years of office administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Strong administrative skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Company.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, ask clarifying questions and complete assignments accurately under deadlines.
