The Logistics Supervisor will supervise numerous Logistics Coordinators over several crews. In addition to providing guidance and performance evaluation, Logistics Supervisor will also be key in providing backup and support to the field. Logistics supervisor will also monitor training levels and administer training for team as required. Supervisor will plan out pad layout, logistics mobilization plans, trucking companies used, and work in tandem with material planners to choose transloads. Supervisor will also provide support to 3rd party transloading facilities as required and audit to ensure performance and safety standards are in line with NexTier expectations. Supervisor is expected to lead all RCCA investigations and implement any changes as required with any safety or service quality incidents

Key Accountabilities

  • Supervise and provide support to designated crews logistics coordinators

  • Supervise and provide support to NexTier and 3rd party drivers

  • Lead RCCA on all safety and service quality incidents

  • Administer training as required

  • Develop mobilization and other safety plans

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Required to complete a OSHA respirator fit test.

Minimum Required Education

  • H.S. Diploma - Required

Minimum Required Work Experience

  • 3-4 years sand coordination, trucking, or transloading - Preferred
