Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an experienced Digital Communications Project Owner who will work as a contributing Product Owner within an Agile development team to deliver exceptional digital transactional experiences. This position will support digital communications. This person will need to be a self-starter, proficient in marketing email communication platforms and project management.
Specific responsibilities include:
Functional use of email communication platforms
Testing and quality control for email
Creating HTML using defined email template components
Digital Communications Project Owner will work with business stakeholders to understand goals, business process and project requirements
Collaborate with writers to deliver compelling content
Present to stakeholders for approvals & provide regular status updates
Attend daily stand ups, story writing sessions, and participate in UAT as part of an agile development team
As a Digital Communications Project Owner, you will participate in team demos, and feedback/testing sessions
Monitor key metrics and report out on project successes and areas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc.) strongly preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience required: executing email communications
Demonstrated discipline in one or more: Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign, Watson Campaign Automation, Silverpop, Acoustic, Salesforce/ExactTarget, Litmus, InMotion
Demonstrated experience in project management
Basic knowledge and experience with HTML
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile Product Owner experience, certifications a plus
Experience and knowledge with a variety of direct communication channels such as email, SMS/text, voice messages and online/web self-service interactions/transactions
