WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Working through HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) to administer employee information and processes including recruiting and selection, FMLA and other leaves, performance management, people policies and workforce planning
Acting as the champion of company communications including keeping employees and leadership informed
Track, analyze, and report on data, assisting leaders with recommendations on key people decisions
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
We have highly flexible education requirements, if you have a degree or certification that's great, if you have on the job HR experience instead that's even better!
