The purpose of this position is to perform the processing and hiring of internal and external candidates to meet the staffing needs of Distribution, Manufacturing and Support areas of Publix Corporate. Which includes:
creating, monitoring and facilitating all activity related to job requisitions
communicating with hiring managers and applicants and general office functions
coordination of assessment related activities
verifying employment eligibility and desirability
coordinating the hiring process
onboarding processing of applicants
responsible for Contingent workforce
assisting applicants and managers with inquiries related to the Talent Application Gateway (TAG) website
providing administrative support to the department.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
one year of general office experience
working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
basic knowledge of general office practices and procedures
strong written communication skills
strong verbal communication skills
ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information involving internal/external applicants
excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints

excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Employment Eligibility System (EES), Applicant Management System (AMS), and BrassRing
two years clerical experience
