Nemours Children's Health is seeking a HR Operations Specialist for temporary role for our location in Wilmington, DE. This position is Monday- Friday and is a hybrid role working a combination of on site and from home, but must be based in the DE Valley.

The HR Operations Specialist position is responsible for facilitating and overseeing the onboarding process for all hires and internal transfers enterprise wide. Works in partnership with managers, Talent Acquisition, and other internal partners to support all functions of the onboarding process. Provides enterprise wide customer service support on a range of Human Resource topics in response to inquiries from new and existing associates. Administers and maintains complex processes and document management in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures. Provides staff coverage for the HR Customer Operations Team and training for new HR Operations Specialists.

Knowledge, Formal Education and Training

Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum three (3) years of HR experience may be considered in lieu of education required.
• HR Operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service experience required
