We are currently seeking a CE Driveline Design Engineer who aid in evolving our axle, transmission systems and components for machinery that feeds and builds the world. You will analyze, design and provide support by working multi-functionally with colleagues in validation, manufacturing, supply chain and electronics.


Responsibilities:


  • Use virtual design methods and software packages to improve models through performing performance evaluations for various driveline components

  • Develop product cards to engage suppliers

  • Participate in development of virtual and physical validation plans

  • Collaborate with a multi-functional team to resolve issues for components and systems

  • Create models and drawings in Pro-E for mechanical parts and component assemblies

  • Responsible to support resolution of current product issues and cost reduction activities

  • Accountable to investigate new component technologies

  • Drive DFMEA and design reviews

  • Position Pays $82,500 to $112,200. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!



  • Bachelors degree in engineering with emphasis in mechanical, agricultural, automotive, electrical or related area

  • 3+ years relevant mechanical driveline systems and components experience (i.e. major castings, minor castings, transmission shafts, transmission clutches, brake systems, lubrication systems and involvement with the selection of gears and bearings)

  • Experience with CAD systems (such as Pro-e/Creo) and complex tolerance stackup analysis
